An entrepreneur with a proven track record of building a business organically, Tony has the skills required to build and develop a team. He founded Silver Cloud in 2014 with £5k working capital and no customers. Today it has 900 customers and 50 staff. Tony will be responsible for delivering the strategy, defining the culture and growing the brand.

Kevin Robertson

Chief Operating Officer

Kevin’s cyber security career spans over 15 years and includes roles in many large and significant organisations. For the RAF, he was one of the lead engineers across the Deployable Cyber Security teams, who provided support to airfields across the globe. At Cisco, he supported clients like the UK Government and Ministry of Defence, Société Générale, Barclays, and Rolls-Royce. He was also the lead in-country security architect on the Qatari government’s cyber security framework in the run-up to the 2022 football World Cup. Since then he has provided strategic security support to other blue-chip organisations, both as a security leader and as a consultant.

Mark Robertson

Chief Revenue Officer

Mark Robertson is the Chief Revenue Officer at Acumen, with responsibility for the implementation of our growth strategy and our sales & marketing functions. Mark has over 15 years’ experience in the technology sector, with a track record of success at both UK and US based organisations, from smaller, privately owned high-growth businesses to large multi-national, publicly traded corporates.

Previously, Mark held Leadership and Senior Sales roles at Sabio, Maintel, RingCentral and 8x8. Most recently, he was a member of the Senior Leadership Team at BT Enterprise in Scotland, where as Head of Scotland Key Accounts, he led BT’s transformation from ‘telco’ to ‘tech-co’ in their £75m annual revenue, top 25 Manged Service customer base across the Public & Private sectors.

Jo McCallum

Marketing Director

Jo McCallum is an experienced marketing leader with a strong focus on the Technology sector (SaaS and cyber security). She has held senior and board-level positions in both b2b and b2c organisations, including Heineken International (where she ultimately held the position of UK Marketing Transformation Lead), and BiP Solutions (where she led the go-to-market strategy for their cyber security portfolio). Most recently, Jo has been running her own successful marketing agency, working with customers to drive marketing & content strategy, digital & brand disruption, PR and experiential marketing, customer strategy, and growth strategy. 

Mark Williams

SOC Manager

With over 20 years’ experience in cyber security, Mark’s skills encompass leadership, incident response management, SOC modernisation and beyond. He spent 13 years at the University of Dundee, culminating in two years as Head of Security, responsible for the operational management, strategy, and planning of all IT security measures across the entire organisation. He then spent over eight years at Adarma, a Managed Security Services Provider that specialises in the financial services space. Key clients there included British Airways, John Lewis, EasyJet, Just Eat, Lloyds Bank, and Tesco Bank.
